Ensure all hosted websites and DNS entries are available are reachable in line with the customer’s SLA. Mantain user, security groups, application, physical network, and workstation security. Mantain any critical errors, issues, incidents, tasks, and threats Ensure backups, systems and all infrastructure are up to date.
Install, administer, and maintain the server infrastructure. Deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor the ICT application systems infrastructure. Administer the RA domain and ensure resources availability. Provide IT support to end users. Helpdesk ticketing support and report.
Lecture and facilitate modules such as Computer Networks, Operating Systems, Software, Computer Skills, and Cyber Security. Set up lab’s workstations with more than 300 computers. Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Fully support customer’s networks and in house servers. Ensure network security and connectivity. Monitor network performance and test for weaknesses.
Configure and e-mails setup (Exchange Server). Diagnose computer errors and provide technical support. Backup and restore an organization’s data files and systems. Remote IT help desk technicians provide technical support
Trained and assisted polling and registration officials how to use EVMs, VVDs, voting kits and card printers. Troubleshooted and fixed EVMs and printers when not functioning. Captured election results for presidential and national assembly
