Refunds

1. If you want a refund as an employer, please raise a dispute (through your dashboard) on the project of concern.

2. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds unless it’s to reimburse you for time not worked by a freelancer. We, therefore, encourage employers to stop a project as soon as they realize that a freelancer cannot deliver the scope or quality they communicated.

Mediation & Customer Support

1. To contact our customer support, use the chat widget, in the bottom left corner of your screen. We are ready to discuss and help you with anything.

2. If you want to access our mediation services for refunds or issues with your employer/freelancer, please raise a dispute through your dashboard.

How projects work

1. Freelancers on our platform were hand-picked because of their tech-savviness, university degree, their demonstrate aptitude to learn things quickly, and their willingness to work.

2. Note that projects are meant to last for one month or 30 days. Both writing and design projects should last a total of 80 hours.  This should be done at a pace of ideally 20 hours per week.

3. Freelancers should not accept a project if their availability to work the hours discussed might soon change. They should also refrain from accepting a project if they are not confident in their ability to perform the tasks discussed. Be honest and you will thrive.

4. Employers should not solicit free or unpaid work from freelancers.
